Strategic planning has become more than ever a critical process for organizations in order to sustain corporate strength as well as surpass their competition. During the last 20 years, this process has evolved forcing companies to analyze, on a continuous basis, their external environment and internal functions in order to design their orientations, strategies as well as their objectives.
