Pierre Boucher, founder of Kata Management, has been working in the field of management and human resources since 1977. He occupied various positions in particular: Director of organizational development at Prevost Car (manufacturer of coaches and shell conversion - member of the AB-Volvo Group) and Project Director and cofounder of Novaxis (Management consulting and training firm).

With the complicity of his team-mates, he accompanied several managers in the implementation and improvement of organizational processes and tools, thus contributing to the productivity and profitability results of his customers.

During the last 15 years, he carried out many mandates in `lean management' with teams coming from various administrative or manufacturing departments.  With the invaluable advice of Mr. Nezu, these mandates gave him the opportunity of trying out the methods, the tools but more importantly the philosophy and principles of the Toyota Management Systems.



Mr. Nezu counts more than 35 years of experience in management and consulting in the fields of manufacturing and product development as well as service sectors.

His competencies enabled him to work in various departments of a renowned automotive company: parts manufacturing, welding, stamping, assembly line as well as the development of products as a Director of Engineering. He currently acts as a consultant for customers in a broad scope of industries such as: automotive (cars, trucks, coaches), paper products, printing, food products, mining...

In Japan, he is recognized as one of the ` Kanban gurus'. Since 1994, he has been working to implement the Toyota Management and Production Systems with several companies located across Canada.



Jean-Pascal Lion (MBA) , has been working in the field of marketing and management for over 37 years. His professional experiences include:

  • Vice President Sales and Marketing for Videotron
  • Vice President of Marketing for Videoway Multimedia, division of Groupe Vidéotron
  • Vice President, Internet Services, Bell Canada
  • Vice President of Marketing for Yellow Pages Group (Canada)

  • CMO of Maxipage;
  • Member of the Board of Directors of BV! Media, a publicly traded media company (since 2009)

Jean-Pascal is known for his expertise and achievements in management, strategic planning, and especially for his expertise in online marketing as well as business use of social networks and mobile applications.



Isabelle LeBer has 17 years of experience in the field of training. She is cofounder of the LeBer Training Services operating for the last 10 years. She has been helping companies to improve their training processes and develop their training team. Furthermore, she has designed management tools to assess annual performance and develop competencies.

She 'coaches' several managers in various aspects of management and leadership. Over the past 3 years, she has received two key certifications: one in coaching with International Mozaik (ICF) and the other in leadership with Ken Blanchard.  Isabelle’s approach enables managers to transfer their learning and improve their skills in real life situations.



Marius D’Eschambeault ing. (CRIA) works with manufacturing and service companies since 1980. As an Industrial Engineer, he carried out several mandates of productivity improvement and optimization. He also had the opportunity to launch a production factory with more than 160 employees as well as to manage its operations.

Since 1989, he acts as a management and training consultant for various organizations through North America. Cofounder of NOVAXIS, since 1994, he carries out mandates in various fields: organizational development, strategic planning, optimization of operations and training in management. Moreover, his activities are carried out in a great diversity of companies; private, public and paragovernmental.



Gilles Turcotte (CIRC) has been a consultant for internal and external customers in various fields of management, training and organizational development since 1984. He supports many organizations in their strategic planning. 

He carries out mandates of change management: strategic diagnosis, transformation of professional practices, assessment of the effectiveness of organizational structures, analysis and implementation of changes. He facilitates several training programs to develop competencies in steering change, in counseling role as well as managing people and teams.

He accompanies students in their thesis project to obtain their Masters’ degree in training at Sherbrooke's University.   He also pursues his studies to obtain a PHD at the same university; his research project is related to sharing a vision in a context of change.
